Returns & Exchanges
IMPORTANT! Please keep your original Muck Boots box for 30 days, or untill you are fully satisfied with your purchase! Do not discard or destroy. This box must be returned to us un-damaged if you return or exchange your boots or shoes. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt...just fill out our short Return Authorization Request at the bottom of this page prior to returning your purchase to us.
On exchanges, the first exchange is shipped back to you free. Shipping on second and subsequent exchanges will be billed at a flat rate of $10.00. Please specify the reason for your return, and include a copy of your original packing slip. A re-stock fee of $8.00 per pair is billed on returns for refund. There is no re-stock fee on exchanges, or a product that is being returned as defective.
Note: If you purchased your Muck Boots through Amazon, please log into your Amazon account to request a return or exchange.
Please follow the instructions below for returns and exchanges:
1. Re-package your shoes or boots in the original Muck Boot box (box must be returned to us un-damaged). If this box is damaged, destroyed, or discarded, it will be necessary for us to bill a 40% re-stock fee, as the product cannot be sold as new.
2. Be sure all tags are intact and un-damaged
3. Do not write on or put tape or postal stickers on the original box
4. Do not tape any paperwork to the box
5 . Place in an outer box (the original outer box works fine)
6 . Fill out the return request form at the bottom of this page

2. Fill out the Return Authorization Request shown below, indicating which size or style you would like for us to ship in exchange.
3. Return to the address shown below. We will send your exchange to you based on your preference below.
REMEMBER! Your boots or shoes must be received by us in sellable, like-new condition, in the original box (un-damaged), with all tags attached.
Muckboots.com guarantees your boots or shoes against defects in material or construction for one year from date of purchase. If your boots or shoes are defective, simply fill out the Return Authorization Request shown below, including a description of the problem you've experienced. Return the defective boots to us at the address shown below, and we will send a replacement pair to you at no charge.
Boots or shoes that have visible wear & tear that would render them "unsellable" will not be accepted for credit. They will be returned to you, and your card will be billed the appropriate amount for shipping. If the product was damaged during shipment, please fill out the Return Authorization Request shown below. MuckBoots.com will issue a UPS Call Tag for the item and ship a replacement pair.
In all cases (except damage in shipment), the customer is responsible for return shipping to us. Refund will be issued when your boots / shoes have been received in sellable (unworn and unused) condition with all tags intact, along with the original, un-damaged Muck Boot box.
In cases where several pair of boots or shoes were purchased to determine size or style then returned to us, your credit is for the actual amount paid for the boots or shoes after the discount was applied to your order, less any other volume discounts as necessary. Example: If you purchased two different sizes of the same style to determine which would fit best, and then return one pair to us, your credit will be for the original price for one pair, less the 5% volume discount you received on both pair. Your credit will also reflect an $8 re-stock fee on returns for refund.
We highly recommend that you return your purchase via UPS or USPS Priority for tracking purposes. You assume all risk if you choose to return your boots or shoes using USPS Parcel Post. You may e-mail your tracking number to Customer Support so we will know to expect your shipment.
