Shipping Your Order

Products that are in stock at time of receipt of the order will be shipped at no additional charge within 3 business days...please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. In the event we are out of stock on an item, will make every effort to locate your product. If we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, we will notify you by e-mail with possible alternatives as well as an estimated ship date of the item you ordered. All orders shipped within the continental United States for regular delivery are shipped free via UPS Regular Ground Service or FedEx Regular Ground Service. If you prefer a quicker shipping method such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, you may specify your preference when you check out of the Muck Boot Store. These methods will incur the appropriate fees. Because of the additional costs associated with shipments to a post office box, your order will be shipped via USPS, and we will bill a nominal shipping fee of $12.00 per pair for each pair of shoes or boots ordered, and the extra charges will be billed to your credit card. NOTICE: Shipping via USPS to a PO box can result in an additional delay. We highly recommend providing a physical address as a delivery address during the checkout process.

*All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada incur additional shipping costs that we cannot absorb. Unfortunately, we must bill an additional shipping fee of $30.00 for the first pair, and $10.00 for each additional pair per order.
